Blok forms part of the Prime Residential group, whose Managing Director is Jacques van Embden, and has launched to date eight developments.

With sales to date of R500m+, as well as successful urban intervention projects including the Thornhill Park revamp in Greenpoint opposite their SEVENONT development, the co-creation of the Parklet on Regent Road with the City of Cape Town, GAPP Architects and Future Cape Town, the Blok sponsored patrolling Segway that surveys Beach Road, and ongoing contributions to the License Plate Recognition programme (LPR) in the Atlantic Seaboard; Blok is no longer the newcomer in the property scene, but a serious contender that is making waves with their urban focus and community ethos.
