It’s Friday and we know that it is time to indulge in some amazing dishes that Chef Linda prepares to feed your cravings! Today, he prepared Cujan Chicken that he says will be the best chicken that you have ever had in your entire life! I am pretty sure, you want to create this mouth-watering dish, yes? Then, why waste any more time? Let’s have a look at the ingredients list.
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
+1 package boneless, skinless chicken breast.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers.
1/4 cup diced sweet pickles
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons drained capers
2 garlic cloves, crushed
List sorted? Perfect! Now, here is how you prepare the Cujan Chicken:
1. Mix flour and Creole seasoning together in a bowl. Dredge chicken through the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-heat. Cook chicken in the hot oil until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Add diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, pickles, vinegar, capers, and garlic to chicken; simmer until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 10 minutes more. Lastly, serve and enjoy.
